About the Role

Are you passionate about keeping heavy equipment running smoothly and safely? As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll be a key player in maintaining and repairing industrial construction equipment. From ready mix trucks to cranes, your hands-on expertise will ensure everything operates at peak performance.

What You’ll Do Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and maintain heavy-duty equipment.Work on a variety of machinery including excavators, drill rigs, forklifts, and more. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out motor swaps and fuel pump rebuilds. Lift and maneuver tools and equipment up to 50 lbs. Work both indoors in the shop and outdoors in the yard. Keep the yard clean and organized for safety and efficiency. Report equipment issues and repair needs to the Shop Manager. Assess and perform routine and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles.What You Bring Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Hands-on experience with diesel engines and construction equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
