This role involves repairing and maintaining large and heavy-duty diesel trucks, providing an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a variety of tasks within an Independent/Retail shop setting. **Responsibilities** + Repair and maintain large and heavy-duty diesel trucks. + Utilize mechanical aptitude to diagnose and fix issues with diesel engines. + Perform transmission repairs and maintenance. + Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet customer needs. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a mechanic, specializing in either auto or diesel engines. + 1+ year of experience with brands such as Detroit, CAT, or Mercedes. + Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diesel engine repair. + Ownership of a set of hand and air tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned business with over 40 years of service in the trucking industry.
