Aerotek is hiring Diesel Mechanics for a company near Coeur d’Alene, ID. This is a direct hire permanent position.

What you will be doing…

•\tPerform routine and non-routine inspections and maintenance on company vehicles and equipment

•\tComplete preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

•\tSafely operate equipment, including haul trucks, graders, dozers, tractors, light vehicles, forklifts, etc.

•\tDiagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, and other mechanical components

•\tWork with hydraulic and electrical systems, and perform pneumatic and suspension repairs

What you have…

•\tKnowledge of repair and maintenance of diesel engines

•\tAbility to troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues

•\tExperience working as a diesel mechanic preferred

•\tExperience with heavy equipment maintenance preferred

•\tExperience working with hydraulic and electrical components preferred

•\tAssociate degree or Certificate in Automotive or Diesel Technology preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
