We are looking for a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle systems, and be capable of performing routine maintenance on a variety of on-highway, diesel-powered commercial freight vehicles.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve issues in mechanical and electrical systemsConduct regular maintenance and perform basic fabrication workMaintain detailed records of services performed and parts utilizedAssist in managing tools, equipment, and inventory suppliesClearly communicate repair requirements and estimated completion timesApply critical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot problemsEssential SkillsMechanical repair and maintenance experienceSkilled in diagnostics and system troubleshootingFamiliar with tools, systems, and technical certificationsValid driver’s license; CDL preferredWork Environment
Work in various conditions, including outdoor and all-weather environments. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4pm. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruffs Dale, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
