Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team, specializing in diesel engines, vehicle systems, and preventative maintenance on on-highway diesel-powered commercial freight vehicles.
Opportunity$25-$35/hour depending on experienceDaylight shiftLong-term growth opportunity!ResponsibilitiesInspect engines and vehicle systems using diagnostic tools.Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical components.Handle basic fabrication and welding tasks.Maintain records of work performed and materials used.Help manage inventory of tools and parts.Communicate repair needs, costs, and timelines clearly.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic.Proficiency in diesel engine repair, transmission, mechanical, and electrical systems.Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics.Computer diagnostics skills.ASE certification in diesel engines or equivalent.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work outdoors in various weather conditions from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4pm. Attire should be suitable for handling heavy equipment and tools.
