Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our diverse range of equipment and vehicles. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting diesel equipment, including loaders, excavators, skid steers, and a fleet of on-road trucks, as well as small engines on commercial mowers.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain diesel equipment: loaders, excavators, skid steers.Maintain fleet of on-road trucks.Maintain small engines on commercial mowers.Perform all aspects of regular maintenance and troubleshoot engine issues.Ensure inspection stickers are up to date.Advise and coordinate with the owner on replacing equipment and vehicles.Perform other mechanic duties as needed.Essential SkillsDiesel troubleshooting and repair skills.Knowledge in hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems.Experience with preventive maintenance and brake systems.Expertise in diesel engine and transmission maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsValid driver's license.5 years of mechanic experience in heavy equipment, vehicles, diesel engines, and small engine repair.Hoisting License (Minimum 2A, 1C).Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
