Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our team on the 2nd shift (1:30pm–12:00am, Monday to Thursday) in Salem, OH. This role offers a competitive hourly wage. As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting dies into presses, ensuring parts are produced within specifications, and preparing jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, and stamping tools on machines.
Responsibilities
Prepare and adjust tools for machine operation.Set up and adjust dies into presses.Read prints and die set instructions.Operate machines and produce parts as needed.Understand basic working knowledge of presses.Test pieces and troubleshoot errors.Essential Skills
1+ years of die setting experience.Experience in print reading.Mechanical aptitude.Proficiency with tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the stamping industry.Proven mechanical ability.Familiarity with measurement tools.Welding or machining is a plus.Ability to schedule machine repairs or preventative maintenance.Teamwork skills for timely job completion.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work with a skilled Tool & Die team of around 8 members. The facility features coil processing and stamping/slitting with mechanical presses ranging from 80 ton to 1200 ton. Our operations serve the commercial and recreational industries, manufacturing parts for propane tanks, vents for laundromats, stamps, coils, and freightlines. Opportunities for voluntary overtime are available during the week, with quarterly bonuses offered.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
