This role requires technical expertise in blueprint interpretation, machinery operation, and precision fitting and assembly of die components. You will identify the root causes of die malfunctions and implement effective solutions to restore full functionality. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential in ensuring reliable die performance.Responsibilities· Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot progressive dies used in metal stamping
· Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide die repairs
· Perform precision fitting, assembly, and adjustment of die components
· Identify and resolve the root cause of die malfunctions
· Ensure all repaired dies meet quality and accuracy standardsQualifications and Requirements· Experience with die repair or maintenance in a metal stamping environment
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Strong mechanical aptitude and precision assembly skills
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
