This role offers opportunities for a pay increase after six months and annual stipends for steel-toed shoes. All tools and toolboxes are provided, and there is no mandatory overtime during the week or work for seven days a week. Once hired directly, the benefits are excellent, including healthcare benefits at no cost in the first year and reduced premiums with completed wellness tasks. The 401K plan matches 50 cents on the dollar up to 6%. Employees earn vacation days progressively, with holiday pay and floating holidays included. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $37.00/hr.
