Job Title: Die CutterJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter to join our labeling and packaging production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die-cutting equipment to produce high-quality labels, cartons, and packaging components. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor die-cutting machines, including flatbed, rotary, or digital equipment.Perform accurate machine adjustments including pressure, registration, scoring depth, and alignment.Read and interpret job tickets, production specifications, and quality standards.Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure cuts, scores, and perforations meet required tolerances.Troubleshoot machine issues such as misfeeds, dull dies, alignment problems, or material inconsistencies.Perform routine preventive maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and die changes.Collaborate with press operators, finishing teams, and quality control to maintain workflow efficiency.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all company and OSHA safety guidelines.Meet production deadlines while minimizing waste and maximizing machine uptime.Essential SkillsMachine operationDie cuttingMachine setupQuality inspectionTroubleshootingPreventative and corrective maintenanceUse of measurement toolsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

Work within a small production team of about 30 people. The environment is dynamic, encouraging collaboration and efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
