**Box and Label Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring for Die Cutting Machine Operators on 2nd Shift in Wayne, NJ** **_Please apply and can interview and start within the same week!_** **Location:** Wayne, NJ **Pay:** $28/hour ; Overtime: $42/hour **Shift:** 2pm - 10pm OR 4pm-2am (A Lot of Overtime Needed) **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Sheet Fed Cutting Operator proficient in make readies and operation of cutting machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment such as 162 CER, 1600 ER, 103, and 126-BMA models. Responsibilities include verifying jobs before feeding, conducting press maintenance and lubrication, and providing daily quality checklists after inspecting pallets. The role also includes performing make ready and preventive maintenance activities, managing embossing inline jobs, keeping detailed time and materials usage reports, and performing minor repairs using hand tools. **Responsibilities** + Operate sheet fed cutting machinery including models like 162 CER, 1600 ER, 103, and 126-BMA. + Verify correct job setup before feeding and handle press maintenance and lubrication. + Provide daily quality checklists post-inspection of pallets. + Perform make ready and preventive maintenance activities. + Run jobs with embossing inline and keep detailed time and materials usage reports. + Disassemble machines for minor repairs or replace worn parts using hand tools. + Perform hand packing as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in die cutting and machine operation. + Experience as a Sheet Fed Cutting Operator. + Ability to facilitate the cutting process of printed products. + Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. + Excellent attendance and ability to work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous manufacturing experience preferred. + Experience operating hand jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts preferred. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
