Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30am to 12:00am)Operate aluminum die cast machines to produce parts meeting quality and production standardsLoad and unload materials, monitor machine cycles, and make basic adjustments as neededPerform visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure part qualityComplete production, scrap, and quality documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety proceduresDie Cast Production Operator - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
Previous die cast or manufacturing machine operator experience preferredAbility to follow work instructions, perform basic measurements, and conduct visual quality inspectionsMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issuesHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust be fluent in English (spoken and written).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
