In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, support patient education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver direct patient care during dialysis treatments.
• Monitor and document treatment parameters and patient condition.
• Administer medications and respond to patient needs under RN supervision.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis therapy, diet, and medications.
• Assist with emergency procedures and CPR when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, dietitians, and social workers to support patient care plans.
What We’re Looking For
• Current, up-to-date resume.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN or LVN).
• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (BLS or AHA or ARC).
• At least 1 year of recent dialysis experience.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Two verified references (one manager, one peer).
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including: physician’s statement, color vision exam, TB test, and immunizations (Tdap, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, COVID).
