Diagnostic Value Expert (d/f/m)

As a Diagnostic Value Expert for cardiovascular disease, you will be the driving force behind Roche’s High-Value Portfolio, moving beyond the lab to partner directly with Emergency Department , Internal Medicine and Cardiologists. This role offers a unique opportunity to revolutionize patient triage and improve clinical outcomes within the Portuguese healthcare system. You will join the Commercial Chapter in a collaborative, high-energy environment where your expertise in cardiac pathophysiology directly impacts hospital efficiency and patient care.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will focus on moving from a \"price per test\" conversation to a \"value to care\" approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving Adoption: Generate clinical demand by demonstrating the value of the Roche High Medical Value portfolio 

Workflow Optimization: Liaise with different stakeholders  to implement new  algorithms

Clinical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in the field of interest 

Stakeholder Orchestration: Bridge the gap between the Laboratory and Clinicians, mapping complex decision-making units within target hospitals.

Network Building: Build and maintain deep, trustful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the area of interest

Commercial Impact: Achieve sales targets

Market Intelligence: Maintain detailed knowledge of competitors  and market trends 

Who You Are

We are looking for a resilient professional who can translate complex science into clear value propositions and be the driving force behind our High-Value Portfolio:

Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Pharmacy, or Biology.

Experience: You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the MedTech or Pharma industry.

Consultative Skills: You are experienced in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinicians, lab directors, and other relevant stakeholders

Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the Cardiovascular Disease area, you feel comfortable debating clinical and non clinical data and translate information into clear, actionable commercial insights. 

Agility & Flexibility: You are able to work seamlessly within a matrix environment, acting as a team player who aligns personal goals with the broader strategy. You thrive in unpredictable, fast-paced environments, and you are able to adjust plans to shift priorities and to pivot strategies based on new information or roadblocks.

Communication: you possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (in both Portuguese and English) for engaging effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. You leverage digital tools to accelerate the sales cycle.

Preferred residency: Lisbon / Lisbon area
