Join our team as a Diagnostic Solutions Expert (DSE) for the Near Patient Care (NPC) area. This in-field role is crucial for expanding our current and future Point of Care & Diabetes Care portfolio. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to promote Roche's innovative solutions and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. **The Opportunity** As a Diagnostic Solutions Expert, you will be instrumental in positioning Roche's products and solutions across laboratories, hospitals and primary care facilities within your assigned territory. You will foster a partnership and co-creation relationship with customers to boost business and ensure sustainability. Your key responsibilities will include: + Promote Innovation: Advocate for cutting-edge Roche solutions at the laboratory, hospital, and primary care levels to enhance clinical decision-making. + Stakeholder Management: Map and manage key stakeholders within Integrated Care and Diabetes units, including clinicians, nurses, and managerial staff. + End-to-End Sales & Support: Execute the full product delivery lifecycle, from initial sales and installation through to expert after-sales support and maintenance, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and operational continuity. + Strategic Growth: Drive strategic projects and identify new business opportunities to proactively position our portfolio for upcoming tenders and product launches. + Market Insight: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide valuable market insights that will inform and influence future marketing and business strategies. **Who You Are** The ideal candidate is a commercially astute, collaborative, and results-driven individual with a passion for customer focus and operational excellence. **Qualifications & Experience:** + Higher education degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a technical discipline. + Proven success in hospital sales, particularly within Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care. + Strong understanding of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) workflows and comfortable providing technical/application support. + Professional working proficiency in English and fluency in Portuguese is essential. + Area of ​​Residence - Alentejo or Lisbon area **Skills & Mindset:** + Commercial Acumen: Strong motivation to achieve results, with the ability to identify and foster business opportunities in a competitive environment while ensuring operational excellence. + Customer & Results Focus: Exceptional customer orientation, a focus on the customer experience, and a strong sense of urgency in meeting customer needs. Expertise in after-sales support and training is highly valued. + Planning & Agility: Excellent planning and prioritization skills, coupled with the ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams.
