What You’ll Be Responsible For
Infrastructure Operations & Reliability
Own end-to-end infrastructure operations across data centres, cloud platforms, networks, and on-site systems
Ensure continuous availability and performance of business-critical and guest-facing systems
Act as the primary escalation point for infrastructure incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis
Modernisation & Legacy Remediation
Lead the remediation, upgrade, and decommissioning of legacy infrastructure assets
Align all infrastructure environments with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and business continuity standards
Drive consistency across a historically fragmented technology landscape
Project Delivery & Asset Readiness
Provide hands-on leadership for infrastructure planning and delivery supporting:
New park launches and openings
Asset refurbishments and seasonal activations
Technology refresh and integration programmes
Ensure infrastructure deliverables are ready, tested, and operational ahead of go-live
Collaboration & Governance
Partner closely with Architecture, Applications, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions
Define, implement, and manage SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-aligned processes
Represent the vertical in engagements with central infrastructure teams, ensuring timely delivery and dependency management
Leadership & Vendor Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technicians
Manage infrastructure vendors, service providers, and support contracts
Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement
Compliance & Risk
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and safety standards across all infrastructure platforms
Proactively manage operational risk in high-availability, public-facing environments
What We’re Looking For
This role suits a senior infrastructure leader who is comfortable operating in complex, high-pressure environments where uptime, safety, and guest experience are critical.
You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure roles, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity
Proven delivery of infrastructure solutions for large-scale operations and new site rollouts
Deep expertise in:
Hybrid infrastructure architectures
Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
Enterprise networking and on-site systems
Strong understanding of operational governance, SLAs, and ITIL practices
Additional Strengths:
Experience in theme parks, entertainment, stadiums, or high-availability venues
ITIL, PMP, or relevant technical certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, etc.)
A pragmatic, hands-on leadership style with strong stakeholder management skills

Internally, you will partner with Architecture, Applications, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Project teams.
Externally, you will manage technology vendors, service providers, and implementation partners.
