About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, problem‑solving junior DevOps professional who enjoys troubleshooting and “solving puzzles.” This is a support-focused role (not building new pipelines). You’ll work on the enterprise DevOps platform (Helios) to help developers diagnose and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues, code errors, deployment failures, and security scanning problems.
What You’ll Do
Triage and resolve support tickets related to CI/CD pipelines and deployments
Investigate build failures, code errors, and deployment issues
Support developers using the Helios platform and integrated tools
Collaborate with multiple internal dev teams to drive issues to resolution
Document findings, recurring issues, and recommended fixes

Skills and Requirements
Must‑Haves
-Developer background
-1-2 Development experience either in school or working experience equivalent
-Solid understanding of GitHub/Git and CI/CD concepts
-Ability to read/debug code to identify where a pipeline fails (any modern language)
-Strong troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail, and customer focus
-Comfort working in a support‑only capacity (not building pipelines) Exposure to GitHub Actions, Jenkins, UCD, or Octopus Deploy
Familiarity with security/quality tools (Snyk, SonarQube, DAST)
Experience with artifact tools (e.g., Artifactory/Rfactory)
Cloud basics (Azure preferred)
