Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one behavioral support services using evidence-based strategies
Implement individualized support and skill-building plans under clinical supervision
Encourage independence, positive behavior, and meaningful progress
Accurately record session data using electronic systems
Maintain a supportive, respectful, and structured environment
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to support treatment goals
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with Autism
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Need to Knows:Services are provided in home-based or community settings
All positions start part-time
Encouraged to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
Minimum 6-month commitment required
