Responsibilities:

 

Lead new packaging adhesive products from ideation to product transfer Design and execute Test/Pilot testing trials for coatings and adhesive products Help select, qualify and assess new vendors and raw material suppliers.  Participate in cost reduction and  quality improvement for existing products including root cause analysis

 

Qualifications:

BS in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or similar  At least 4 years in adhesives development Experience with food packaging, paperboard and water based adhesives
