**Title:** Development Quality Engineer II **Location:** St. Paul, MN **Duration:** 12 Months Contract **Pay Range:** $34/hr to $38/hr (On W2) **100% Onsite** We are looking for a **“Development Quality Engineer II”** to join one of our Fortune 500 clients. **Job Summary:** + We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to support product development and manufacturing quality activities. This role includes risk management, design verification/validation, process validation, and support for CAPA and QMS compliance. **Key Responsibilities** + Support or lead quality efforts in product development (PDP/CPDP) and design changes + Generate and maintain design verification test plans and reports + Conduct and support risk management (hazard analysis, FMECA, cybersecurity risk assessments) + Support labeling verification, design validation, and essential output reporting + Collaborate with engineering for requirements, V&V, and manufacturing reviews + Ensure DHF completeness and regulatory compliance + Review document changes and support CAPA implementation + Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field + 2–5 years of relevant experience + Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills + Experience in medical device industry preferred + Knowledge of risk management, ImV/TMV, validation, and CAPA processes **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
