Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Development Process Engineer to join their team. As a Development Process Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various cross-division initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Development Process Engineer**
**Location: Saint Paul, MN**
**Pay Range: $25-30/hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Establish processes based on product specifications and evaluate design alternatives.
+ Manage program compliance with Quality Control requirements, including Design Control and Process Validation.
+ Support divisional initiatives in accordance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
+ Maintain knowledge of new developments in manufacturing and design technologies.
+ Ensure compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and other regulatory requirements.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ 0-2 years of experience in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model.
+ Experience in validation activities, particularly in medical devices, is a plus.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask and work effectively as both an individual contributor and team member.
