Core Responsibilities
Analyzes user and product requirements to design efficient application architecture and workflows.
Develops andmaintainscomplex Flutter applications with a focus on performance optimization and responsive UI across iOS and Android platforms.
Integrates Flutter applications with native modules (Swift, Kotlin) and third-party SDKs to extend functionality.
Follows the software development life cycle to implement new features through substantial programming effort.
Partners with quality assurance to define and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
Creates automated test suites and ensures continuous integration anddelivery ofpipelines for mobile applications.
Documents andmaintainsdefects and enhancements in the company issue management system.
Defines anditeratesconfiguration parameters to allow applications to best meet system and user needs.
Buildsmonitoring and alerting for live mobile applications and services.
Repairs, restores, andoptimizesmobile application performance and reliability.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular,consistent,and punctual attendance.

Additional Responsibilities
Design and develop new mobile platform capabilities while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of Flutter-based applications.
Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to build, enhance, andmaintaincore mobile features andsupportinginfrastructure.
Drive improvements in automation, developer tooling, and onboarding documentation for Flutter development.
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root-cause analysis for mobile application issues.

Qualifications
8 + years of professional mobile development experience, with at least3 years focused on Flutter.
Proven experience shipping andmaintainingat least one major app on the App Store/Play Store.
Strong knowledge of Dart language and Flutter framework internals, including widget lifecycle,renderingpipeline, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design).
Knowledge of accessibility and internationalization best practices in Flutter.
Hands-on experience with advanced state management solutions (e.g.,BLoC,Riverpod) and dependency injection.
Practical experience integrating Flutter with native iOS and Android modules using“Add to App” andplatform channels.
Demonstrated experience in writing andmaintainingunit, widget, and integration tests for robust application quality.
Track recordof delivering projects end-to-end from design and implementation to testing and documentation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions,Gradle, Fastlane, etc.) and automated build processes for mobile apps.
Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting in mobile applications.
Practical experience deploying andmaintainingapps on App Store and Google Play, including release management.
Experience collaboratingindiverse, cross-functional teams.
Strong commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within engineering teams.
