Job Title: ServiceNow ITBM + PPM + Integration Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITBM, PPM, and system integrations. This role involves designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT service delivery, project portfolio management, and cross-platform integrations.

Role: ServiceNow ITBM (SPM) + Integration Developer

Location: [Any UST Centers]

Experience: 6+ years ServiceNow; 2-5+ in ITBM/SPM + integrations

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize SPM modules such as Demand, Project/Portfolio, Resource, Financial Planning, Agile, and APM.

Build/maintain integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID, OAuth2) with Jira/Azure DevOps, SAP/Oracle, Workday, MS Project, Power BI, Snowflake.

Develop with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules; ensure security/performance; use ATF & CI/CD.

What You ll Bring

6+ years of ServiceNow development, 2-5+ in ITBM/SPM and integrations.

Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Integration experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth2, and data transformation.

Knowledge of PPM concepts, financials, resource planning, and Agile.
