Summary:

UST is looking for a strong C/C++ Developer with hands-on experience in Windows platforms and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals, multithreading, and problem-solving abilities.

 

The Opportunity:

• Work on complex software solutions using C/C++ across Windows and multitasking operating systems
• Design, develop, debug, and optimize high-performance applications
• Implement robust data structures, algorithms, and multithreaded components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Utilize Git and other source-control tools for version management
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues with analytical and methodical approaches

Develop and maintain software components using C/C++
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across platforms
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Support the team in debugging, testing, and validating product features
• Work closely with system engineers to integrate and test modules
• Document software design, architecture, and technical specifications

 

What you need:

 

A strong foundation in software development, programming fundamentals, and Windows-based development environments.

 

Required Skills:

 

• Strong programming expertise in C and C++ on Windows platforms or any multitasking OS
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OS concepts, and multithreaded programming
• Experience with source control tools, especially Git
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

 

Desired Skills:

 

• Background in Industrial Automation
• Experience in supervisory control systems software
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as RS232, Modbus, DeviceNet, EtherCAT

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
