Scope
We are seeking a Developer with a strong foundation in full stack development, specializing in Microsoft Office add-ins, web applications, and modern .NET technologies. This role blends a passion for frontend engineering including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blazor (Server and Web Assembly) with solid backend experience in C, ASP.NET, API development, and Azure SQL. The Developer I will contribute to building and maintaining VSTO and web based solutions, implement user interfaces with high visual fidelity, and develop automation scripts to streamline workflows such as bulk naming, filing, and asset organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, collaborating with cross functional teams, and delivering reliable, scalable tools for internal users.  
Frontend Responsibilities :-
Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blazor (Server and WebAssembly).
Translate UI/UX designs into functional components with high visual fidelity and usability.
Implement user interfaces based on mockups from tools like Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility across modern and legacy platforms.
Debug frontend issues using browser dev tools, console logs, and performance profilers.
Manage dependencies and scripts using package managers.
Stay current with front-end trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., Web Components, CSSinJS, TypeScript).  
Backend & FullStack Responsibilities :-
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C, .NET, and ASP.NET (MVC, Razor Pages, and Web API).
Build, extend, and support VSTO addins for Microsoft Office applications using C and VB.NET, ensuring reliability and seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Develop interactive, component based applications using Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly, integrating them with backend APIs and data sources.
Develop, document, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable service interactions.
Work with Azure SQL databases, including cloud-hosted and hybrid/on-premises environments.
Optimize database queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies for performance and reliability.
Integrate backend systems with authentication/authorization frameworks and enterprise identity providers.
Troubleshoot backend issues using logging, profiling, and monitoring tools.  
Quality, Collaboration & Process :-
Write and maintain unit and integration tests as directed by the Lead Developer.
Collaborate with QA to reproduce, document, and resolve bugs across environments.
Use Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for source control, branching, and pull requests.
Work with issue tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Monday, Jira, GitHub Issues) to manage tasks and bugs.
Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and learning from peers.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, product owners, and QA.
Document code, architectural decisions, and workflows for maintainability and onboarding.
Seek mentorship and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Confidently develop and use tools and apps on a Windows machine.
Participate in meetings, standups, check-ins, and demos, communicating effectively with audiences across a wide range of technical backgrounds and expertise levels.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Solid understanding of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
Solid understanding of Git and version control in collaborative environments.
Exposure of front-end testing tools and practices (e.g., unit, integration, UI testing).
Ability to read and implement UI/UX designs from design tools like Figma or Sketch.
Comfortable using package managers such as NPM or Yarn.
Understanding RESTful APIs and how to consume them in front-end applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve development practices.
Comfortable taking direction for leadership, aligning with business goals, and collaborating with Production Management and design teams.
Comfortable working in a Microsoft development environment, including Visual Studio, Windows, and related tooling.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing PowerPoint and Excel legacy VSTO add-ins.
Experience developing modern office.js add-ins for Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) or similar enterprise identity providers for authentication and authorization.
Familiarity with enterprise-grade deployment practices, including role-based access. control, token management, and secure API consumption.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications hosted on Windows Server environments.
