Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java application development Proficiency in Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate Experience with relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with event-driven architectures Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Knowledge of containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD pipelines Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance Participate actively in the entire SDLC Mentor junior engineers and stay updated with emerging technologies
