Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce professional with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Einstein Bots and Omni-channel Campaign Management. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys and conversational experiences across multiple digital channels.

Must-Have Skills:

Salesforce Einstein Bots (Design, development, deployment, and optimization) Salesforce Marketing Cloud hands-on experience Journey Builder (complex customer journeys and automation) Automation Studio Omni-channel campaign management: Email SMS WhatsApp AMPscript SQL (Data Extensions, complex queries) HTML (Email and landing page development)

Good-to-Have Skills:

Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud / AI / Einstein Bots) Experience with personalization and AI-driven campaigns API integrations with external systems Data modeling within Marketing Cloud Experience with customer engagement or CRM platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Einstein Bots to enhance customer interactions and self-service capabilities Manage and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder Develop and maintain automations using Automation Studio Write efficient AMPscript and SQL for personalization, segmentation, and data management Develop responsive email templates using HTML Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign and bot performance
