Must-Have Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in Java, with a strong grasp of core concepts and fundamentals

Solid experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot

Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs using Spring

Working knowledge of Microservices architecture

Experience with Git or similar version control systems

Strong understanding of JSON data formats

Experience with databases:

MySQL (relational)

MongoDB (NoSQL)

Experience with JPA / Hibernate for ORM and database interactions

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to YAML configuration files

Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ

Knowledge of CloudSlang

Basic to intermediate knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
