As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IT infrastructure. You will maintain and improve the technical systems of our company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work, and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact. You will provide technical support to our staff, manage and maintain our systems, and contribute to the development of our IT processes and strategies.
