**Desktop Support Technician I**
**Location:** Wauwatosa, WI (Fleet location on Watertown Plank Rd.)
**Duration:** Through 12/31/2026 (renewable annually)
**Work Arrangement:** 100% Onsite – Candidates must be Wisconsin residents or willing to relocate at their own expense.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide daily support for PC hardware/software (Windows 10, Office 365, enterprise apps).
+ Build and image PCs and laptops.
+ Install and troubleshoot peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
+ Maintain user accounts and assist with Active Directory/Azure AD tasks.
+ Document and resolve incidents in the ticketing system following ITIL practices.
+ Participate in on-call rotation and assist with special projects.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ **6 months to 5 years** in desktop support, device deployment, and hardware repair.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office suite).
+ Familiarity with **Active Directory** , **Azure AD** , and **SCCM imaging software** .
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
**Nice to Have**
+ A+ Certification (preferred).
+ Experience with printer and peripheral maintenance.
+ Understanding of Client/Server environments.
