3+ month contract

Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and external devices.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.Support office and conference room technology, including AV equipment.Maintain and configure network and infrastructure components.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.Requirements5+ years of experience in End User Support at a senior level.Experience with networking; Cisco Meraki experience strongly preferred.Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred CertificationsCompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certificationITIL Foundation certification (a plus) T1441757-PHI_1767887806 To Apply for this Job Click Here
