Job Description The Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist provides intermediate-level maintenance and support for CPS Energy desktop and laptop computers. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving customer problems, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing end-user training. The role involves unpacking and configuring new hardware, documenting troubleshooting guides, and relocating equipment. Candidates must have an Associate Degree in a related field or relevant work experience in IT. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. The position requires familiarity with mobile device solutions and Microsoft Intune. Skills and Requirements • Associate Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology or related field, or relevant work experience.  • Experience with installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of personal computers and hardware.  • Basic knowledge of PC networking concepts and terminology, including Windows Active Directory.  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
