Don't wait... apply today! **MUST HAVE:** **BEAUTY/FRAGRANCE/FASHION industry experience as a designer** **Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign** **Qualifications:** **• Education:** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • Experience: professional graphic design experience, preferably within the beauty industry or experience creating packaging design **• Portfolio:** A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics. Shows design process and how to solve problems in a creative way. **• Technical Proficiency:** • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential). • Proficiency in other relevant design software like Rhino and Keyshot are a plus • Skills: • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. • Proactive, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities. • A passion for the beauty industry • Quick learner and team player ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
