Description Amazon Music seeks a talented Art Director to drive design excellence and deliver high-quality creative solutions. This role focuses on executing creative initiatives while ensuring consistent brand experiences across Amazon Music India's platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on design capabilities with project coordination skills. Key job responsibilities Creative Execution • Create and maintain high-quality design solutions adhering to brand guidelines for Amazon Music India • Ensure visual consistency across multiple projects and platforms • Support implementation of design systems and visual frameworks • Quality check deliverables • Execute projects & timely delivery Project Management • Coordinate with Marketing, Curation, and Product teams • Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables • Support process optimization and workflow improvements • Collaborate with global design teams Basic Qualifications - Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field • 3+ years of experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills • Experience working with global brands and cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal english communication skills - Technical Proficiency: Must Have: • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) • Figma or similar UI/UX tools • Understanding of Project management tools Preferred Qualifications - Nice to have: Illustration skills Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
