About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, to create digital products that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Help Conduct user research, workshops, and interviews to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas.
Ideate, prototype, and iterate mockups to refine solutions and ensure they meet user and business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the intended user experience.
Basic understand of Accessibility and Inclusive Design
Basic understanding of Localization
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Design, Human-Centred Design, UX Design, or a related field.
Minimum 3 year of professional experience in Product or Service design or a related discipline.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable design insights.
Experience creating design artefacts such as flows, blueprints, journey maps, and user personas.
Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to working in multidisciplinary teams or consulting environments.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in iterative design processes.
