Role Summary

The Designer supports all phases of the design and production process, working closely with the Senior Designer and Job Captain. Responsibilities include creating visual presentations, producing design and contract documents, coordinating with clients and consultants, and assisting with project management.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with design development and ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables.Produce 2D/3D drawings, renderings, diagrams, plans, elevations, and construction details.Support internal presentations and maintain organized project files.Participate in site visits, review samples, and process submittals and RFIs.Coordinate design information across consultants and internal teams.Maintain project folder and documentation organization.Qualifications2–5 years architectural design experience; hospitality or multifamily preferred.Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and MS Office.Strong design, presentation, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with clients and consultants.Positive, collaborative, self‑motivated, and eager to grow.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
