Structural Designer / Structural Engineering Professional

We’re looking for a Structural Design professional—whether you are an experienced designer or an early‑career engineering graduate—who’s excited to contribute to a wide range of impactful civil and environmental projects.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support the structural design and coordination of essential infrastructure such as:

Water and wastewater treatment facilitiesPump stations and utility structuresIndustrial buildings and process facilitiesFoundations, structural framing, and various support structures

You’ll work with materials and systems common in civil and environmental infrastructure, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, aluminum, and more.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Structural modeling, drafting, and detailingDeveloping design drawings using Revit and/or AutoCADCollaborating with engineers, designers, and project teamsSupporting project documentation and multidisciplinary coordinationContributing to design calculations (experience level dependent)What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates may bring:

Experience in structural design, drafting, or BIM coordination (5+ years preferred, but not required)A degree in Structural, Civil, or related Engineering—or an Associate’s degree in Engineering TechnologyProficiency with Revit (primary) and AutoCAD (secondary)Familiarity with structural detailing and/or design workflowsStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a collaborative teamExperience supporting industrial, utility, or infrastructure projects (a plus, not required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
