What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Provide routine technical support and advice in the areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, and execution of field tasks.  Plan and conduct routine technical or engineering-related assignments.  Provide resolution to routine technical or engineering-related problems.  Develop and recommend procedures and methods.  Evaluate, select and apply technical techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

Experience designing BWR fuel assembly mechanical product components including the use of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principlesExperience creating 3D models and 2D drawings in CAD programs such as Creo.Experience with technical tasks in support of product engineering work such as independently performing Quality Assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, implementing product improvements across business units, performing engineering site visits to vendors or suppliersExperience preparing technical documents such as A3, FMEA, or other Lean documents, creating justification for Condition Report dispositions or other Non-Conformances, experience with Engineering Change Notices in support of product engineering workDesire to learn, Ability to receive feedback, Appropriate flexibility, Supportive of improvement, Maintains and contributes to Safety MindsetParticipates in and supports special projects as neededOffers guidance and mentoring to junior co-workers or counterparts  What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical field.Minimum of 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.Knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills. Salary: $84,000 - $110,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
