Responsibilities

• Develop current-state and future-state manufacturing process flows

• Define automation strategies, cycle time, and throughput assumptions

• Create concept layouts (2D / light 3D) for robotic cells and material handling systems

• Validate robot reach, tooling concepts, part presentation, and ergonomics

• Identify mechanical risks, constraints, and assumptions for quoting

• Support feasibility studies, ROM estimates, and design reviews

• Collaborate with build teams to ensure designs are execution-ready

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison Heights, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
