Make It With Pride.** You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. As such drive competitive advantaged cost structures + Development and roll out of break through ideas in close cooperation with cross-functional partners on site and regional level including Technical Innovation Management, Research Development & Quality, Procurement and related functions to support strategies + Provides feasibility perspectives on any Engineering related activities within Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC) (technical solutions, layouts, capital and running cost estimates, sourcing opportunities and OEM liaison and management, internal and external benchmarks, complexity assessments and resource proposal relative to Engineering through project execution (implementation) **What you need to know about this position:** + Lead the entire design process of equipment, new lines and other solution, ensuring high – quality design, and driving innovation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company goals **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering required **Job specific requirements:** + 3 years minimum of Project Management experience + Food Manufacturing environment experience preferred + 3 years minimum experience in Manufacturing/ Supply Chain relevant experience + 1-year minimum experience IL6S with focus on IIM (Early Management Pillar) + Experience in designing equipment to meet AM and PM standards + Strong technical background + Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project **Travel requirements:** + less than 40% **Salary and Benefits:** The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
