Seeking a Design Engineer to join our team! This person is responsible for creating plans, drawings, and designs for custom products.

Key Responsibilities: Apply engineering principles and techniques to manage projects effectively. Create economical, small to medium-scale designs that enhance the company’s competitive edge. Utilize computer-aided 3D software to perform detailed drafting based on specifications and product requirements. Prepare orders for production by providing detailed fabrication and purchasing instructions. Input Bills of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing methods into the ERP system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree with 4+ years' experience.  Experience in 3D modeling software, AutoCAD, or similar.  Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents. Mathematical proficiency, including understanding algebra, geometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, and applying them to practical situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and employees. Ability to interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
