Boeing Ukraine is looking for **Design and Analysis Engineer** to join our team in Kyiv.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Develops and checks wiring documentation of aircraft design.
+ Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts.
+ Performs tests and validations to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
+ Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives.
+ Interacts frequently with inter-organizational personnel and external customers. Represents the organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
+ Manages engineering processes, methods and technologies.
+ Participates in training of new employees as mentor or instructor of different educational programs.
**Basic Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aerospace or other higher technical education for qualification related to the development, manufacturing or operation of electrical/electronics systems.
+ 3+ years engineering work experience (for Master’s Degree, PhD) or 5+ years engineering work experience (for Bachelor’s Degree) including 2+ years engineering work experience in Aerospace.
+ Knowledge of normative aviation documentation.
+ Knowledge of engineering and scientific principles for the development and design of electrical systems and subsystems.
+ Knowledge of normative documentation for the design of electrical system components in aviation.
+ Knowledge of power supply system, emergency and back-up power supply systems, lightning and air-conditioning systems, wiring system, system of electrical connectors, grounding, etc.
+ Experience with computer-aided design (CAD/CAM) tools.
+ Understanding of the main principles of data preparation and documentation used in aviation production (FAA, EASA).
+ Practical experience in engineering analysis (e.g. electrical, avionics, design, circuit).
+ Ability to summarize results; develop conclusions and recommendations based on relevant data sources.
+ Willingness to travel (c.a. 5% of the time).
+ Knowledge of spoken and written English at B1/B2 level including technical language.
+ Experience in coordinating a group of 5-10 people in fulfillment of different complexity projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in engineering work with Boeing aircrafts.
+ Ability to plan the budget related to the cost, schedule and technical parameters of the project.
+ Ability to collect, organize and analyze data.
+ Ability to provide creative and innovative problem solutions and methods.
