This position will be located in **Roy, Utah** and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program. The Deputy Restructure Integration Director works at the direction of the Senior Restructure Integration Director to implement high level strategy and objectives action plans to satisfy contract, financial, and partnering objectives with corporate level visibility. **What You’ll Get To Do:** · Day to day support for all things related to contract restructuring · Execute the implementation plan considering dimensions that span the breadth of the weapon system from EMD to Production · Ensure effective supplier and IWO integration · Partner with the MS-B Recertification focal to facilitate stakeholder engagement and drive to align expectations as part of overall stakeholder management and buy-in · Supervise / evaluate content development to be consumed and acted upon by the EMD PM, Production PM, and Enterprise Program Director · Serve as Restructure delegate when needed As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: • Medical, Dental & Vision coverage • 401k • Educational Assistance • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions • Paid Time Off • Health & Wellness Resources • Employee Discounts This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. **You’ll Bring These Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience. · 5+ years in a formal lead/management position · Active DoD Secret Clearance adjudicated in the last 6 years with ability to obtain SAP · 3+ years experience with: o Program execution, change management, risk management, and stakeholder management o Managing complex projects / programs across with different customers across multiple phases of the program lifecycle o Successful transitions from capture to execution o Briefing executives and managing expectations · Ability to travel 25% per month **These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:** · Bachelor’s or higher degree in STEM or related field · Previous experience as a member of a senior executive management team · Strong organization skills and tool proficiency · Demonstrated ability to operate in complex environment and challenging situations · Strong verbal communications skills and proven track record building strong customer and peer relationships · Strong execution track record as an IPT lead, deputy PM, or PM on a large complex program · Experience in start-up or recovery situations that required combined application of capture and execution skill sets requiring coordination and buy-in across a large and diverse team · TS/SCI clearance with ability to be clear SAP \#Sentinelleadership Salary Range: $187,700.00 - $281,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
