Deputy Program Manager
**Job Family** **:** IT Project Management **Travel Required** **:** Up to 10% **Clearance Required** **:** Ability to Obtain Secret **What You Will Do** **:** Serve as Deputy Program Manager for a large, complex COTS integration program that will deliver capabilities across the Department of Defense. Primary duties will be managing the high quality delivery of management and technical deliverables, overseeing schedule, risk and scope issues and reporting, tracking extensive client engagement on weekly and monthly basis. This position will eventually assume responsibility for overarching program schedule and milestones reporting. Closely coordinate with technical workstream leads to ensure overall program coordination and maximize productivity across staff supporting the program. Directly manage up to a dozen staff supporting the program management office and major deliverables. **What You Will Need** **:** + 8+ years of experience playing a major role in delivering complex systems to DoD clients, specifically for OSD components, across the system lifecycle. + Experience in program management and technical delivery certifications, such as PMP, and Agile, as well as Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP) or the equivalent. + Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
