Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Include:
Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensure financial records are accurate.Prepare and review financial statements on a regular schedule.Oversee inventory tracking and work with production teams to keep counts and costs accurate.Manage chargebacks, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve retailer‑related issues.Oversee all types of insurance policies, including renewals, coverage needs, and claim support.Supervise accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow‑up with customers.Help improve financial processes and keep internal controls strong.A successful Deputy CFO should have:
Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred.Experience within a consumer goods environment, ideally with experience in fashion or apparelStrong financial and accounting skills, including familiarity with reconciliations, basic reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting tasksExperience with accounting or ERP softwarePeople management experienceA hands-on leadership styleCompensation:
