Qualifications: + Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the fast food or restaurant industry. + Strong understanding of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. + Ability to teach, inspire, and motivate a diverse team. + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. + High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
