Job Description

The Department Lead will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the extrusion and packing departments. They are required to have supervision experience in a manufacturing environment and will provide training to production associates. Additionally, the role involves enforcing safety protocols and coordinating daily production activities.

Work Environment

This position offers three openings in the press department, working night shifts from 7pm to 7am. The schedule includes Sunday as a guaranteed day off, with another rotating day off each week. The work environment requires flexibility and adaptability as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Cassopolis, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
