Department Coordinator - Behavioral Health
**Job Description:** Seeking a department coordinator to serve in behavioral health West Market Clinics in Minnesota and North Dakota. This professional works full time, 40 hours per week, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. There are no weekend, holiday, or on call requirements. The ideal candidate is tech savvy and creative, as they will assist with the monthly newsletter. Will need to be self-motivated to analyze the schedule and fill openings. Must have excellent time management, data collection and analysis, interpersonal communication, and process improvement skills.This position plans, organizes, and implements the non-nursing functions of the department to facilitate workflow, enhance unit productivity, and provide support to the staff within the department. Position promotes efficient unit function and indirect patient care.
