**Dental Office Receptionist – Short-Term Support** Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15am–4:00pm Assignment Length: Temporary; approximately 3–5 weeks Are you a people-focused front desk professional looking for a short-term role? Our **client** is seeking a Receptionist to support their busy student dental clinic in Bangor. This position **pays $20–$23 per hour** and is **expected to last approximately 3–5 weeks** . What we are looking for in a successful candidate is someone that is **reliable, professional, comfortable working with the public, computers, and phones** . You’ll receive training from the clinic supervisor on everything else. **Typical daily duties:** + Answering phones and managing a high volume of calls during busy blocks of the day + Using email and scheduling software to make appointments and send reminder messages + Greeting patients, checking them in, and collecting payments (cash, card, checks) at the front desk **What we’re looking for:** + Strong customer service skills and comfort working with the public in a front-facing role + Experience using phones, email, printers, and basic office technology + Ability to learn simple scheduling software and follow established processes for appointments and payments **To be considered for this** **Dental Office** **Receptionist** **opening in** **Bangor** **, please contact us using any of the methods below.
