Dental Office Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and front‑office operations for a busy dental practice in Midtown Manhattan. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate billing and insurance processing, and an excellent experience for patients from check‑in to checkout. The ideal candidate brings strong office management experience in a medical or dental setting, excels at follow‑through, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Patient Experience  • Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive  • Manage appointment scheduling, including making outbound calls to confirm and follow up on appointments  • Collect co‑pays and assist patients with basic billing questions  • Ensure front desk operations run efficiently and professionally Billing, Insurance & Financial Coordination  • Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner  • Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure proper reimbursement  • Manage billing and collections, maintaining organized and accurate records  • Communicate clearly with insurance companies and patients as needed Administrative & Clinical Support  • Support daily office operations and workflow coordination  • Provide limited dental assisting support as needed  • Maintain organized documentation and office records with strong attention to detail Compensation: $30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Medical Office Manager, or similar role (5+ years of experience strongly preferred) Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting Working knowledge of insurance claims, billing, and collections Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication and customer service skills Reliability and accountability in a patient‑facing environment
